Fast approaching my sixth weigh in at Weight Watchers….
Hi Everybody!
I joined Weight Watchers almost six weeks ago and have so far lost 15lb’s. I haven’t found the diet a struggle up until this point. I have come to a point where I don’t feel as motivated as I did previously, this diet is starting to feel like a real up hill struggle. I had a weak moment earlier on in the evening when I was very tempted to eat things that I shouldn’t, but I did some exercise instead and I feel a lot better now. I seem to be constantly tired, have no energy and considering I have over 100 more pounds in weight to lose, this isn’t good!
Has anybody else reached the same point as I have?
